Where It All Started
San Napoli Bakery started the way most good things do — without a plan. What began as a personal mission to figure out sourdough quietly grew into something much bigger: a weekly ritual of baking fresh loaves for the people I share my home and life with here in Goleta. We call ourselves the Napoli family, named after the street we live on, and this bakery carries that name with a lot of love.
I'll never claim to be a professional. What I am is someone who fell deeply in love with the process — the patience sourdough demands, the way a good loaf brings people together, and the quiet satisfaction of pulling something beautiful out of the oven. Every loaf is baked fresh, packed with intention, and sent out with the same warmth I'd give my own table.
